Respawn Entertainment Today announced that he had delisted Titanfall, effectively removing it from sales. Titanfall is the first game of respawn entertainment which was made as a new studio in 2014, and now it seems the title is retired. However, not all the news is bad, because those who have a game will still be able to play it even after disappearing from the window.

Interesting respawn games that start everything

Respawn announced his decision to attract titanphalls in a statement published to Twitter today. “We have made a decision to stop selling the original Titanfall game starting today and we will delete the game from the subscription service on March 1, 2022,” said Respawn. “However, we will stay alive for dedicated fanbases still play and those who have the game and want to stop by the match.”

Although Titanfall has disappeared from the storefront and will vanish from next year’s streaming service, the server will stay alive so that those who already have a degree can continue to play it. While we believe most people who want to play Titanfall have bought the game, those who miss the opportunity to buy a digital version always use a copy of the disk that they can take.

It’s a bit strange to see the Titanfall Respawn pull from the storefront while keeping the server stay and run. However, if the game has a number of decent players routinely stop by Multiplayer, Respawn may not want to risk losing goodwill consumers by turning off the server.

What’s next for the Titanfall series?

After announcing that Titanfall will be delisted, Respawn continues to ensure fans that the game will not be forgotten. “Rest assured, Titanfall is the core of DNA Respawn and this extraordinary universe will continue,” said the studio. “Today at Titanfall 2 and Apex legend, and in the future.”

The part is very interesting because it shows there are more Titanfall to come. Even though the original Titanfall and the sequel has collected a fairly large fanbase, lately, the attention of Respawn is on the Apex Legends – the title of the free Battle Royale set in the Titanfall universe which is quite different from the gameplay perspective.

The success of the legend of Apex (and the rise of the royale battle genre as an alternative to traditional FPS games) has pushed several titanfall fans to assume this series mostly ends and that we will not see other Titanfall games in the future. Respawn statement today might suggest the opposite, even though it was too blurred to say.

However, it is always possible that Respawn releases TitanFall from sales because it has something new with a franchise in work. Until we get a confirmation of such a plan, it might be safe to assume the company just removes the game to focus on the Apex legend. We will notify you if Respawn announces something big in the future, so stay here for more.
